Last week, 24 condos and townhouses sold in Seattle including these new construction transactions:
516 Yale Ave N #600
The unfinished loft shell on the 6th floor of Art Stable sold for $1.565M. When Urbnlivn first took note in 2008, it was listed for $1.85M but had since been reduced to its current selling price when we toured it in April. There is one remaining unit for sale in this South Lake Union building on the 4th floor – nearly 4,000 sf for $2.19M.

The three condos that closed last week to bring Escala across the line of 100 closed sales included:
- #1407 – 1bd/1.5b, 952 sf for $472K (south-facing views)
- #2102 – 2bd/2b, 1,607 sf for $965K (views to the west and north)
- #2104 – 2bd/2b, 1,607 sf for $929K (views to the west and south)

Another unit at Gallery (#610) goes from pending to sold and brings the building that much closer to sold out. And yeah, that one live/work unit they have remaining is still available.
