Whistler Lodge-Styled Townhouses in Fremont

Fremont6, Townhouses

Over the weekend Unit B in the new construction townhouse development, Fremont6, was listed for $560K. Isola Homes (of Capitol Hill’s Malden 8 fame) is also the developer for this site located at 4407 – 4411 Phinney Ave N.

According to the floorplans on Isola Home’s website, the development contains two freestanding residences and two pairs of townhouses. The interior square footage of each 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse totals 1,700 and up, with prices starting at the mid-500’s. In addition, the Built Green townhouses are designed by architect Einar Novion of Workshop IPB.

Tim from Isola Homes described the Fremont6 development as having ‘exteriors that are similar in styling to a contemporary lodge in Whistler’. I can see the resemblance. However, you might also notice the townhouses don’t include rooftop decks that seem so common to new construction townhouses. The more traditional rooftop is likely in keeping with the development’s neighbor — the historically-designated Fitch-Nutt house at 4401 Phinney Ave N.
