Well Seattle, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is when there is an abundance of modern lofts and contemporary condos with open houses; however, looks like you’ve chosen the hard way. I’m going all thematic this weekend and offering a look a some of the more unique bathrooms from the 83 open houses offered. As you can expect, it is both good and bad.
1732 15th Ave #16
This is my favorite bathroom of the bunch because of its pedestal sink and vintage style tile. The studio unit is also located in an ideal Capitol Hill location on 15th Ave that is a short walk to shops of 15th or to the action in Pike/Pine. That’s 525 square feet in the Wilana co-op building offered at $145K.
2139 4th Ave W
One glimpse of the pink sink in this Queen Anne townhouse and I knew my bathroom tour was absolutely on. The thing is that upon further study, I don’t hate this half bath. I actually kind of like its sweet color combo. Built in 1967, this updated 2-bedroom + den is offered at $350K.
1604 Lakeview Blvd E
Most houses don’t have as much skylight as this bathroom has, just saying. The 3-bedroom, 2.25 bath townhouse in North Capitol Hill has 1,540 square feet and is asking $500K.
7429 Latona Ave NE
A bathroom opening onto a deck is a fairly rare sight indeed. In Green Lake, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is listed at $420K.
410 N 49th St
Believe me when I say that the remaining rooms of this Fremont townhouse are as brightly colored as this bathroom. Asking $410K, the 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is only one block from Woodland Park Zoo.
