After a month’s hiatus from the MLS, it looks like the double unit on the 8th floor of the Gainsborough has split into two listings. Originally listed in May as one condo with an asking price of $839K, the 5bd/3b and nearly 2,600 square foot condo has been divided.

Unless a close friend of the pair comes forward with all the torrid details, I’ll have to settle for whispered speculations about who got the kitchen in the split (hard to tell) or if this is a divorce in name only (seems likely?). What I can say for certain is that’s a price reduction of $81K overall.
