How fast do you have to be to get a 5-star Built Green house by Dwell Development? This one in the Central District went pending the day it was listed for $649K. The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home contains 2,400 square feet and is targeting LEED Platinum.

Judging by Jetson Green’s write-up of another 5-star Built Green project on Beacon Hill, you can assume that they know how to build ’em green. And this home that just went under contract lists green features in spades including radiant heating, triple glaze windows, double frame walls, heat recovery ventilator, whole house water filtration, solar ready, AND an electric car plug-in. The design sounds good too with a double height entry, open layout, and center stage kitchen.
