Looks like the first townhouse of the incomplete 6-pack we noticed for sale on MLK Jr Way S back in June is now finished and listed for $419K. That’s 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1,688 square feet with notable features such as a rooftop deck, radiant heat floors, and gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances.
The price per square foot of $248 is about what new construction townhouses are asking nearby and below what this 2007-constructed, Built Green number by gProjects recently sold for ($450K, 1,705 sf, $264/sf). The MLK townhouses do not carry Built Green certification though.
It’s great to see images of the interiors. I like the modern design but I might need to see the kitchen in person to understand the cabinet choice. And it’ll be interesting to see what these sell for knowing the incomplete 6-pack was purchased for $1.15M plus whatever amount was needed to finish the project.
