Seattle has 64 condos and townhouses with open houses this weekend. There’s the newly listed 5th floor unit at the Meritage opening its doors (Sat & Sun, 1-4PM), as is Trace Loft #301 that recently adjusted its price (Sun, 1-4PM). And then there are these three that have adjusted their prices in past weeks — some more significantly than others.

We saw the price drop in May on this penthouse and now again this month bringing the price to below $2M. Located at 1185 Broadway Ave E, the luxury penthouse in North Capitol Hill offers 2 bedrooms, 2.25 baths, and 2,360 square feet. Might be time to check out the southwest-facing condo with its 533 sf terrace and two fireplaces.

This Lake House Condo in Madison Park is on the top floor, an end unit, and now priced $100K less than when it was listed in June. Now offered at $868K, the 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath condo offers two terraces, hardwood floors, and the building has a pool. The pool probably sounded a lot nicer two months ago but don’t worry, this 1978-built condo also has a fireplace.
