Everyone is talking about the Kardashian divorce (I didn’t even know she was married…) but what about the Zooey Deschanel (She and Him) – Ben Gibbard (Death Cab for Cutie) breakup?? Who is going to get the killer loft at 1310 E Union which is our favorite building in Seattle? Our guess is Ben — it is in his name and he bought it before the marriage.

    I hate to admit it but I wondered the same thing. Which might make me a bad person but in my defense there are only eight units in 1310 and it’s a sweet, sweet building.
