Tiny & Tranquil Loft in Queen Anne

I know. Who knew this tiny and tranquil loft was tucked into the same building as Muse Coffee? It is 442 square feet and features 11′ ceilings, travertine floors, and a west-facing wall of windows that opens to a private deck.

With an address of 1909 10th Ave W #104, the 1-bedroom loft is one of 26 condos in 2002-built Willows on Tenth. Plus, the west side of QA location means whoever buys this place might just benefit from that pedestrian and bike bridge that should be completed sometime next summer (the West Thomas Street Overpass connects Queen Anne to Myrtle Edwards and the waterfront).

The loft is listed for $170K after a recent $15K price drop and HOA dues are $112/mo (or approx 25 cents per square foot).

You won’t have to wait for the West Thomas Street Overpass if you lived here.  You’re far enough north to take advantage of the Galer St overpass.  Nice little neighborhood – plenty of buses, small grocery next door, yoga and pilates classes available nearby.  The Interbay Whole Foods is just a few blocks down the hill and there is a small business district a few blocks NE at W McGraw & 7th Av W where the Macrina Bakery is.
