Tour a Frank Lloyd Wright | Jan 21-22

If you are like me, you cruised through the latest edition of Seattle Met and its roundup of the top 10 Homes of Seattle of all time and you totally missed that little tidbit about the tours this weekend a the Tracy House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Good thing Gray Mag was hip to it and posted about it on Facebook :).

For those that want to check out a Frank Lloyd Wright this weekend (Jan 21-22), tickets are available for daytime tours ($35/each) & for a special Saturday evening session offering wine & hor d’oeuvres in the living room while admiring the sunset ($100/each). Proceeds from the event will go to the EcoHome Foundation, a 501(c)3 educational organization. The foundation will also be funding some maintenance and repair for the house itself.

Tracy House

The Tracy House has been on and off the market in the past year for $1.15M. KOMO did a piece on the home last spring if you are looking for additional reading.
