We got word from Tim at Isola Homes that their two townhouse projects are effectively sold out.

We sold out at Fremont 6 around the first of the year and pre-sold the last unit at Malden 8 with multiple offers this week.

Up next for Isola Homes is a townhouse project right next to Fremont 6:

…our next project is Phinney Row (4417-4423 Phinney Ave N.). We will be going live with a website in the next week or so.
