Mount Baker Modern Townhouse Lofts

I love almost any attempt at modern lofty-ness but I don’t think that 1915 25th Ave S is doing it for me. Don’t love the exterior and why loft the kitchen? I’d rather my living room enjoy the double ceiling height instead.

You can’t argue with the price though. $239,950 for 1,392 square feet. Only 1 bed, 1.5 baths though.

And did I get the neighborhood right? Is it Mount Baker?

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

Sadly, this isn’t Mt. Baker… I wish it were, but it’s about a 8 blocks shy.

Nice sharing. All the images that you shared in this post are really beautiful. Townhouses are not so much successful specially in Dubai because people are moving towards rent and not easy for every one to by a townhouse. But as you discussed and showed preview, I am much inspire and would like to see more results regarding this.
