Oversized Pioneer Square Loft

Sweet loft in Pioneer Square at 210 3rd Ave S, unit 4d. Sized just right at 1,300 square feet, priced at $510,000, a little above what it last sold for in 2005, $459,000. Too bad this place isn’t on Capitol Hill. I’d be all over it! :)

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts, floating homes and mid-century moderns.

For years Matt resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be an executive at Redfin but he recently caved in the spring of 2014 and became an agent. If you're interested in working with Matt, drop him a line at matt@urbnlivn.com. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

This is one of the rare occasions on which I agree with you, architecturally speaking–I’d buy that if it was on CapHill, too!

I’m curious to what we disagree on! :)

Boxy modern in general.  While I think your real estate observations and tech application approaches are great, I just don’t cotton to all the retro 50s stuff!

Why would it be better if it were on Capitol Hill? Pioneer Square is a better location because it’s downtown, and it’s near the ocean and transportation hub. Capitol Hill just isn’t.

CapHill is where I have lived for 30 years, where my friends are, where there are grocery stores and salons and churches and Volunteer Park, and where I can walk downtown in 20 minutes tops.  But if Pioneer Square is your thing, go for it!
