Sweet loft in Pioneer Square at 210 3rd Ave S, unit 4d. Sized just right at 1,300 square feet, priced at $510,000, a little above what it last sold for in 2005, $459,000. Too bad this place isn’t on Capitol Hill. I’d be all over it! :)

    Boxy modern in general.  While I think your real estate observations and tech application approaches are great, I just don’t cotton to all the retro 50s stuff!

    Why would it be better if it were on Capitol Hill? Pioneer Square is a better location because it’s downtown, and it’s near the ocean and transportation hub. Capitol Hill just isn’t.

    CapHill is where I have lived for 30 years, where my friends are, where there are grocery stores and salons and churches and Volunteer Park, and where I can walk downtown in 20 minutes tops.  But if Pioneer Square is your thing, go for it!
