Phinney Row Townhouse Pre-Sale Event | Mar 21

Isola Homes is moving in the new owners to its sold out Capitol Hill project this month, and at the same time they are getting the word out about the townhouse project that is currently under construction: Phinney Row.

Brokers or agents (for interested buyers) are invited to a pre-sale event on Wednesday, March 21 from 1PM – 3:30PM. The event will be at Quoin — the bar side of Revel — in Fremont. RSVP is required, please email Ian Olsen of Cobalt Mortgage to attend.

Phinney Row is a row of four townhouses that are targeted Built Green 4-star plus and located at 4417-4423 Phinney Ave N which is just blocks from Woodland Park Zoo. The architects for this project are Caron Architecture whose past projects include the Alex (aka VOLTA) in Belltown and Pratt Park Apartments in the Central District that sold last year for $56M.

Sounds like there’s already been over a dozen inquiries from interested parties for Phinney Row, and while pricing isn’t officially set the rumor is they’ll be somewhere around $480K-$520K.

Following are a few renderings of Phinney Row:
