The Four Seasons, which last time we checked was only 69% sold after years on the market, has bailed on Realogics and switched to Windermere as their sales and marketing firm. At the same time they very modestly dropped prices on a few units:
Unit #1104 went from $2.44m to $2.38m.
#1404 went from $2.49m to $2.435m.
#1206 went from $2.999m to $2.888m (charmed pricing!).
On the other hand #1801 held steady at $7.166m.
