20 Foot Ceilings at 2200

Twenty-foot ceilings and a two-story wall of windows provide a stunning focal point in this townhouse-style 1 bed + den, 1.5 bath at 2200. The 2nd floor location allows for a true patio, but I’m not convinced that direct access to the street is a plus. Granite in the kitchen is tile, not slab, but there are plenty of fixtures, finishes, and built-ins that please. High HOAs deliver a long list of amenities, including a concierge, room service, guest suite, theatre, fitness center/spa, game room, theatre, and 2-car garage parking.

Also available, a cozy but bright true 2 bedroom, 2 bath with large wrap-around deck. Both units are selling at significant losses over 2006/07 sales. Your opportunity to pick something up in SLU while it’s on the rise.

You’ll need 20%+ down, even with outstanding credit + income.  Financing not easy there b/c of commerical & residential associations.

  • Would love to hear more about that. Is the commercial association too large relative to the residential one?

  • Hodgy

Bingo.  My recollection is that the residential is part of a master association that is controlled by commercial tenants.  The bldg is not FNMA approved.

  • Well, that’s certainly a problem!
