One of the last remaining 2 bedroom, 2 baths at the Enso - 820 Blanchard St in SLU - just hit the market today. Holy HOAs, Batman! What do you get for $855/month? Personally, I’d call them the usuals: a guest suite, dining and entertainment areas, lounging and sunning areas, a community room, fitness facility, and a large roof deck.
Sure, it’s Callison designed, and LEED certified, with all the typical bells and whistles and a great 14th floor view of the Space Needle, right at Westlake and Denny…but…the price tag is already steep at $849,000. That’s $664/sq ft! Sixteen percent higher per square foot than a 16th floor one bedroom we reported on last November. The Enso website notes, “[we] just recently adjusted prices on remaining units reflective of current market conditions.” Hmm…
What do you think? Is the Enso worth it? I’m betting somebody thinks so. Let’s see how quickly this one gets snatched up.
