Contemporary, Charming Belltown Loft Unit for Creative Decorator!

If you’re on the market for a DIY home project, check out this Belltown Lofts gem! 66 Bell Street #207 is a 1-bedroom 1-bath loft spanning 783 square feet.  With hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, this updated condo is contemporary with a dash of old world charm.  As evidenced by the photos, it would need a creative spark to re-design the unit, but it truly is a steal with its price tag of $220,000.

It’s a realistic price. It’s no steal though. After the summer “bump” prices will continue down again. The market needs another year or two to churn through the massive shadow inventory. If the economy doesn’t pick up neither will the churn.

The HOA fees seem outrageously high too.

     It’s also a short sale…

it’s an intriguing unit.  there aren’t that many legit brick and timber lofts in Belltown, so seeing one is  a bit of a rarity.   Those photos are awful.
