Escala 74% Sold Out
Time to start placing bets on when Escala will sell out:
The Escala team is celebrating another major milestone – the sale of our 200th home!
“Making changes and adapting to market conditions has lead us to this point,” says Bob Rennie, of Rennie Marketing Systems, who along with Erik Mehr and Associates, revamped the sales and marketing efforts a little over two years ago. “We started with six sales in 2010 and now have 200. That’s exceptional considering the economic climate we’ve faced; the team is obviously ecstatic.”
The 200th sale takes us to 74-percent-sold. Sixty-nine homes remain available, of which, only seven are one-bedrooms.
“Prospective buyers come into the building and experience the activity level – it really has a life of its own,” says Erik Mehr. “That activity is due to a lot of homeowners. Escala is selling quickly and prices are increasing. It’s a dramatic change from 2010.”
