334 McGilvra Blvd is an Eric Cobb designed modern home. Built in 1996 it is a block away from Lake Washington. 2,310 square feet, 2 beds, 1.75 baths it was priced at $1,039,000. I can’t believe it went pending in 3 days! If I were the listing agent I’d have advised my clients to wait until after the weekend to review any offers. Guess someone made them an offer they couldn’t refuse. It last sold in 1998 for $830k.

I generally like it but would likely update the kitchen and I’m worried it doesn’t have any views of the lake despite being so close.
