Holy shit I want this!

814 E Blaine St is a new construction uber contemporary home on the north part of Capitol Hill. Priced at $1.5m it is 2 beds, 1.5 baths. Square footage is unlisted leading me to believe it might be a little small and they didn’t want you getting sticker shock from the dollars per square foot. The land was bought in 2009 for $300k.

    I agree. 0 sq ft info won’t fool serious buyers. It’s way too small and no garage for 1.5M. Did I say it’s close to I5?
