Is This Condo Hot Or Not? Redfin Lets You Know

Redfin (disclaimer: I work at Redfin. In marketing.) launched a great feature today that lets you see how many views, favorites, x-outs and tours a particular home has had.

Great to know if you’re onto something before the masses or if you need to move fast because it has lots of favorites!

Here’s the stats for that uber contemporary we posted about last week. This home is currently pretty hot and is #5 on Redfin’s list of Seattle’s most popular homes for the last week.

    Looking at it, I was thrilled to see how beautifully decorated the interiors are. Being a property agent , I must say that it’s a fair price for a good looking condo like that one.
