Loft-y Built Green Central District Townhome

I love this townhome at 825 18th Ave (Marion & 18th).

Loft-y feeling kitchen with exposed wood ceiling, Built Green, garage parking, and a killer BBQ setup. Plus it is within walking distance to 14th and Union which has all kinds of good new places popping up.

Listed at $559k for 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and 1,870 square feet. Sold new in 2007 for $610k.

After 3 days on Redfin it is up to 348 views and 51 favorites. You can check it out this Sunday from 2 to 4pm.

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. Phrases such as “polished concrete” and “exposed brick” are music to his ears. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

We also thought this was intriguing and drove by yesterday. As much as I was entertained by having the words Immaculate Conception out the bedroom window, we were disappointed that there is also a school next to the church. That makes for a very busy street (there was a wedding party there yesterday). There’s also a third townhouse behind these two. We’re just as picky about what surrounds our townhouse as what’s inside it so that whole street was a deal breaker for us.
