Photos: Expo Luxury Apartments

If you’ve been by the Space Needle recently, you’ll likely have noticed a huge, brand new apartment complex going up on the corner of Mercer and 1st Avenue North. Expo Luxury Apartments has been in the works along with The Next Fifty celebration at the Seattle Center, and they are already open for move-in! The three phase complex is comprised of 275 units, and as of earlier this month, 90 had already been leased. Expo boasts 40 different floor plans across its units including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and loft-style townhomes.

Most units comes with private patios and sweeping views of the Space Needle, downtown Seattle, and Elliott Bay. Front-load washer-dryers are in each unit, as well as spacious storage options including walk-in closets.

In terms of amenities, each of Expo’s three phases has its own rooftop deck, and a community Pea Patch garden is available.  An on-site 24-hour fitness center is also open to residents, including bike storage and a dog-washing station (yes, the complex is pet-friendly!). Built sustainably, Expo is LEED certified with features including insulated windows to conserve energy, water-efficient shower heads and faucets, and environmentally-friendly interior finishes.

Expo’s units are filling quickly, and a wide range of move-in incentives are available on a daily basis with offers such as free storage, discounts on rent, and more. For more information, visit Expo’s website or call 1-866-271-0726. Scroll down to see more photos, or click here. Photos by
