The pictures are given in the articles are very adorable and condos are looking nice. As per real estate concern expensive condos are best place for living.

    Interestingly Sotheby’s sold 6 of the 10.

  • MLS Hunter

And Citrone Partners (Sandy Justen, Sam Cunningham, Julie Biniasz) sold 5 of the Sotheby’s sales- Chris Rossman sold the 6th. Great to see another affirmation the market is back for high profile condos!

Of the 10 sales, Realogics sotheby’s was 6 of the transactions but represented 9 sides. Very impressive. On a broader market note they also achieved the coveted spot of second fastest growing company in Puget Sound, from the Puget Sound Business Journal. It’s been an exciting year!

Ummmm, Sandy, Sam, and Julie SHOULD have sold 5 of the Sotheby’s Sales. That is the building (1521 2nd Avenue) you represent for the developer, Opus NW. DUH! And, for the record, it is NOT impressive to consumers for you to represent 9 sides out of 6 transactions. This means you represented both sides of three transactions, which in the real estate industry, is revered as unethical. You can NOT represent the absolute best interest of the buyer, while at the same time represent the the best interest of the seller. That’s like having the District Attorney act as the defendant’s attorney in the same damn court case. Get real, would you? All smoke and mirrors, right?
