Reminder: Eastlake6 Grand Opening Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the big day! Isola Homes’ newest 4 Star Built Green Community Eastlake6 will be making its grand debut before hitting the market. On Saturday, February 2 from 1-4pm, you are invited to a sneak preview of the new homes, as well as coffee and treats at the model home, 2217-C Boylston Ave E.

Urban Living has been tracking the progress of Eastlake6 for a number of months, starting with a preview of the houses under construction in November of last year. The Eastlake community consists of 6 brand new 3-story units with square footage ranging from 1604-1762, which is larger than the average townhouse in Seattle. Last week’s post includes commentary from Isola Homes’ VP of Multi-Development Tim O’Shea who talks about some of the unique features of these homes, including their supreme insulation, living roof on the deck, highly customized interiors and exteriors, and the superb views (see photos below!). Pricing of the units is in the mid-$500s, and move-in dates are projected in the coming weeks.
