I have a huge weakness for the Union Arts Co-Op just across the street from our place. So it is no surprise a number of you emailed me last night to let me know that 1100 E Union – Unit 1E just hit the market. It hit at $619k. At 1,620 square feet the space is likely really cool but the photos are totally underwhelming. The last place to go for sale in this building sold pretty quick. Note that this is a co-op and the co-op board will verify that you are an “artist”.
