We went and took a look at the bottom post (townhouses in magnolia). We were not impressed at all. The rooms are very small, master bath doesn’t have a tub, only one of the three units has a garage, and the agent wasn’t very nice. I am not sure how much the non-garage units were but 450K seemed really high. The agent also mentioned that the unit with a garage had an offer come in on Saturday.
