Post Porn

Don’t worry. This material is suitable for work. We just wanted to share some eye candy from The Post, a new apartment building down in Pioneer Square.

The Post at 888 Western Ave

We took a VIP tour and reviewed the 208-unit complex last year when construction crews were still wrapping up their work. While we could see the potential then, nothing beats a space that is fully finished and furnished. The Post just uploaded 44 shots of real estate staging porn. How much did all this cost? Answer below.

Many units above the 7th floor have unobstructed views of Puget Sound

Exposed concrete columns and ceilings give the units a clean, contemporary look

The furniture adds just enough color to the grey and white interior

These snapshots show how professional photography and  smart staging can make a space stand out. We had to ask how much all this cost. To our surprise, it wasn’t all that much. The Post’s leasing consultant says the photography cost about $700, while BoConcept and Dania didn’t charge anything for using their furnishings. The two stores banked on the free marketing. (I guess it worked).

For more information about these apartments, which start at $1,250 for a studio to $4,050 for a two bedroom, check out The Post’s website.
