Gayteway on Galer on Queen Anne is a collection of 8 new construction townhouses at 315 W Galer St.

Built by Gayteway let’s take a look at the one unit on the MLS. Unit 103 is not cheap at $800k for a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome but it is 1,854 square feet, looks like it has a nice kitchen and we approve of the rooftop deck.

Overall seems a little pricey considering that the units don’t seem to have views. And you definitely don’t want an interior unit. Plus there’s something about the exterior that bugs me but I can’t put my finger on it…

Update: A second unit hit the MLS, #102. $1,149m for a 1 bedroom! 2,271 square feet though.
