West Seattle New Construction

Two flashy new construction modern homes in West Seattle to check out this sunny weekend.

Let’s start with my fave, 1333 42nd Ave SW. This is really close to Alki beach. $1,095m for 3 beds, 3.5 baths, 3,000 square feet. I love the rooftop deck and view from the bedroom. Too bad there is no view from the living room. I know it is counterintuitive but I’d have flipped the bedroom floor with the living room/kitchen floor.

The second one, 6028 48th Ave SW, I’m much less excited about. $719k for 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2,490 square feet. It just doesn’t feel well put together to me. Kitchen isn’t inspiring, color palette too neutral, no views…
