The asking price: $665,000.
Some of the interior, such as the kitchen and the bathrooms, are (Sorry, Carl) dated. So, if you prefer a more contemporary look, you will have to do some renovating. That said, what you can’t put a price on is the view and the fact that the condo is an end unit on the top floor. These types of units in The Highlander building and its siblings – The Lamplighter to the south and Shannon to the north – rarely come onto the market. I should know. I live in the building.
