I’ve had a few people email/text/chat in person about 5002 57th Ave S so I figured I better get it on the blog before it goes pending!

The appeal is an updated mid-century modern on a huge lot one house away from Lake Washington. The concerns I’ve heard are, what is the neighborhood like and does this place have a sweet view or not??

Priced at $665k it’ll go fast (offer deadline is this weekend). For whatever you end up paying over asking, perhaps all cash, you’ll get 3 beds, 2.25 baths, and 2,520 square feet.
