20′ Ceilings at Monique Lofts
Loft lovers. There’s a full height loft with 20′ ceilings at Monique Lofts that just hit the market this morning.
700 square feet. Includes parking. $379k. Which I think is a little high. Especially since it has original finishes. But I was more shocked to see that this last sold brand new in 2000 for $315k. Wow, they paid a lot back then.
Also, just a heads up that this loft is likely a little noisy being across from Grim’s.
