New Pb Elemental in Madison Valley

I really like this new construction Pb Elemental home in Madison Valley at 2502 E Olive St. It is 2,185 square feet, 3 beds, 3.25 bathrooms. Priced at $817,000 it has now been on the market 5 days.

Lots of windows, garage, air conditioning, roof top deck (with a sink! I hope they ran a gas line up there too).

It is on a corner lot, probably taken from the house next door (Google satellite imagery shows a vacant lot). Some might be disappointed by the lack of yard but I like the fact you don’t have a yard.

The only thing that bugs me is that they did carpet in the bedrooms.

First Pb Elemental house I really like the look of, except for the color of the kitchen cabinets and counters. Looks like it shares the driveway with the next house next door. The lot must have been split from that house.
