Remarkable Video for a $2.3m Queen Anne Home

Almost all real estate videos are terrible so it was with a little apprehension that I checked out a listing video for 1916 7th Ave W, a $2.285m home on Queen Anne that has been on the market for 19 days.

However, video guy Mike Folden and listing agent Sam Cunningham put together a great video really raising the bar:

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

Great job Mike, Sam and the owners.

This house is in a great location, walking distance to parks, elementary and middle schools. It’s conveniently served by the business district on W McGraw; which has Macrina Bakery, a grocery store – Ken’s Market, professional services like my dentist (Dr W.), and more. It’s actually possible to park near the shops as well, for those days you need the car.

This was one of our most liked posts on Facebook ever, so you’re going to have to be more descriptive than that!
