Passivhaus houses are all the rage. The Cascade Built+NK Architects one we blogged about last week got 50 likes on Facebook. And today Dwell Development released the first of six videos documenting the building of theirs in Columbia City:

“We heard about YouTube’s Geek Week”, says Anthony Maschmedt, principal of Dwell Development, “and we thought it would be perfect timing for launching our video series on our Passivhaus, since building one is pretty darn geeky!” Dwell has targeted “Brainiac Tuesday”, which features content about science, education and knowledge, as the release day for this first in this series of short videos. The remaining 5 videos will publish every other Tuesday, beginning with Tuesday, August 20th and wrapping up on Tuesday, October 15th – subscribe to Dwell Development’s YouTube channel here so you don’t miss an episode.
