Three new construction townhouse units are for sale at 1104 18th Ave (just blocks from where I live now).

The first available unit is unit c. $695k for 3 beds, 3.25 baths, and 1,544 square feet. I love some of the interior detail like the metal beam running up the stairway, heated floors, and I love the roof top deck though I’d lose the garden in favor of more patio space. Don’t like the lack of garages and the multi-color kitchen.

    I am the architect and interior designer for the 18th Ave City Homes. Thanks for posting and adding your comments for the 18th Ave City Homes. The kitchen is not multicolored. The colors are actually muted and are walnut and grey gloss, Perhaps the lighting is making the colors look strange. Also, it is Built green 4 star but actually exceeds the 4 star rating. The green roof (not landscaping) , permeable green/grass parking area are designed for the City’s Green Factor and and Built Green Requirements.
