Elemental Designed Home Perched Above the Lake

Incredible views of Rainier from this Elemental Designs brand new home perched above Lake Washington, just south of the Leschi Marina.

415 Lakeside Ave S was just built and hit the market at $1.575m for 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3,901 square feet. I love the 677 square feet of decks. And it is sweet that it has an outdoor fireplace on the deck.

The lot sold in January for $315k. The lot last sold in 2009 for $360k.

You can check it out today from 11 to 1 or Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 4pm.

Rosichelli|Design had the privilege to stage this beautiful home. The builder, Jonathan Kurth and Traditional Urban Builders, were a total pleasure to work with. This impressively engineered home has amazing attention to detail. They were very thoughtful in the selection of fixtures, window design, railings and how the home would be lived in. Worth seeing in person!

Thanks for stopping by Jon! I suspected it was you guys who staged it :).

I stopped by this home on Saturday and this home is far from what the pictures claim.

    1. The true entrance is on a very narrow 1 lane street and crappy at best
    2. The garage entrance is through an alley that is unpaved
    3. Garage entrance alley view is of old eyesore homes
    4. Attention to detail is NOT, crappy quality build, miscues

    5. Only selling point is the view, which is okay if you like looking onto rooftops

Is this worth the asking price? Hell no. Run.

Thanks for checking it out! I’m sad to hear that it isn’t as awesome as it looks in the photos :(.

Sorry you didn’t like the house Stenson. We had over 150 visitors over the weekend and all had very positive things to say about the house. Only negative thing I heard was that the fire place was a little small in scale. From my experience prospective buyers are typically not afraid to share negative thoughts but I guess you wanted to wait until you had the anonymity of a message board.
The house was on the market for 6 days and received 5 offers. All the offers were above list price and it will close for a good amount over the list price. I think that says something about the quality of the home.

Thanks for doing such a great job staging the home Jon! I think almost every person asked about the staging and was so impressed with what you did with the house. Cannot wait to have another listing to use you on. Thanks again!
