    I wouldn’t mind selling it! However I seem to get a lot more cold calls about my loft than I do about this place :). Also, I bought it in 2007 for $345k and I don’t think I’d clear that (not that it matters what I paid for it…) Given its proximity to South Lake Union and Amazon explosion, and the lack of new construction, I’m pre-disposed to hanging onto it for another year or two.

    Looking around Redfin, I was surprised that condo prices on CH are still affordable when you take into account the interest rates. Renting seems like a bad deal right now on CH.
