Pre-sale: Kerry Park by Elemental Design

Our Queen Anne correspondent, Phil, has tipped us off about a cool home about to hit the market on Queen Anne:

Elemental Design, along with Fine Structures, is doing a modern style house at 1313 4th Ave W on Queen Anne hill called Kerry Park. Ian Porter at Windermere is listed as the agent. Seems to be wrapping up construction. Possibly it will have water and downtown views from the rooftop deck. They’ve done a good job and it looks just like the drawings.

We touched base with Ian Porter and it should be on the market in a week or two likely priced around $1.75m or $1.8m.

About Matt Goyer

I love condos, lofts, floating homes, new construction and mid-century moderns so much so that since starting this blog in 2006 I've written over 2,000 blog posts about them!

For years I resisted becoming a real estate agent preferring to be a marketing executive at Redfin but after leaving Redfin (after seven years!) I caved in the spring of 2014 and became a broker. So if you need help finding that "Urbnlivn-style" place or selling your home email me at matt@urbnlivn.com, I'd be happy to help you.

Prior to Urbnlivn and Redfin, I worked at Microsoft after graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in computer science.

You can also find me on Twitter, @MattGoyer, or LinkedIn.

Quite, tree lined neighborhood with easy access to everything (except Capital Hill).

Pro: down the street from Top Pot & Via Trib
Con: highly doubt it will have awesome views unless they’re going up rather high. Weird there isn’t a layout on their site and the price is obnoxious.
