Pioneer Square Loft with 22′ Ceilings

Wow, harder to get higher ceilings than 22′ feet! That’s what this loft in Pioneer Square at 606 Post Ave, unit 401 has. In addition to lots of brick, curved staircase.

I’m not a fan of the older kitchen, the crammed bathroom, and the photoshopped sky in the skylight.

Listed at $525k, we have no idea what it last sold for.

Check it out this Sunday from noon to 4pm.

Definitely has potential. Great space, terrible finishes. I am curious to see if it will go at this price.

Slightly OT: I’m amazed how many units aren’t selling around Seattle. Homeowners setting unrealistic prices and don’t want to budge??

    Example, – 177 days

6th floor, 1,200 sq ft downtown condo, floor-to-ceiling windows and patio. Furnished. Building includes many amenities (higher HOA dues though).
