Two Lofts in the Austin Bell Building

Last week two lofts in the Austin Bell Building in Belltown hit the market.

2324 1st Ave Unit 209 Exterior Two Lofts in the Austin Bell Building

Both are two story, full height lofts with massive windows.

The largest, and most interesting is unit 204. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,180 square feet. $645k. Killer views of the sound. This one has a relatively recently updated kitchen but it doesn’t feel very lofty. The bathrooms definitely need updating. And I’d update the railings too. Last sold in 1999 for $349,950.

Link to the pictures for 209 is the wrong one.

The photos on 204 are … weird. Like they didn’t hire a professional.
