“Sold Out” Olive 8 Sells One More
Olive 8 “sold out” last June but was really holding on to one more unit that was “incorporated back into the developer’s portfolio”. Today, that incorporated unit is back on the market.
Unit #3800 is a biggie at 2,225 square feet including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All for $2.495m which, if memory serves, is what it was selling for last summer.
(Looking at tax records, Olive 8’s developer, Hedreen, still owns 4 units at “sold out” Olive 8.)
