3110 Portage Bay Pl E is a 1,500 square foot floating home with 3 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. Includes assigned parking and you can tie up a boat. Listed at $798k, we have no idea what it last sold for.
We don’t love the place, but with a new kitchen, some classic furniture from Design Within Reach, and a wakeboard boat parked out front we could start to love it!
