Concrete & Steel Loft in Eastlake

Eastlake doesn’t have many loft buildings so if you’re looking for a loft, here’s your chance. Eastlake Lofts, unit 305, is for sale for $410k which is exactly what they paid for it brand new in 2007.

That gets you a 930 square foot loft. 1 bedroom. 1 bathroom. 2 decks. Views.

Confidential to the listing agent: hire a pro photographer. They’ll take better pictures! But thanks for including a floor plan.

At this price, stage the damn thing, and like Matt said…hire a pro to do the photos.

This is a nice corner layout, corner units are great for natural light and not that easy to find in this size. Add some transom windows for natural light in the bathroom, a little work on the kitchen (lose the bath door in the kitchen, yick), and it would be great!

why are the ceiling panels discolored like that…are those leaks or some deliberate pattern?

    I was wondering that too…
