    The newly constructed house at 5016 SW Admiral Wy, which you blogged about, sold for $284 sq/ft. What makes this one worth $432 sq/ft, the daylight basement?

    Anything on Admiral Way is going to take a price hit, it’s one of the main arterials in West Seattle. This house is in West Seattle’s priciest neighborhood, the Northwest side of Admiral.
