#401 at Post Hotel is Back at a Lower Price

#401 at Post Hotel, a loft with 22′ ceilings, was on the market for a while at $525k, was pulled off and after taking a two week vacation is back on a bit cheaper at $499k.

From our earlier post:

I’m not a fan of the older kitchen, the crammed bathroom, and the photoshopped sky in the skylight.

Listed at $525k, we have no idea what it last sold for.

Check it out this Sunday from noon to 4pm.

Needs to be staged and re-photographed. There is too much furniture and art, rugs, plants, etc. The weird diagonals aren’t doing the space any favors either especially in the kitchen.

I totally agree. I went to the open house on Sunday and saw this unit as well as 201. Unit 201 is already pending. This one would totally need to be re-done to even compete!
