Last week we blogged our surprise at finding a million dollar townhome in Queen Anne. Today we’re blogging about our surprise at a million dollar townhome in Eastlake, 2618 Eastlake Ave E – Unit A. Maybe this is a new thing.
Unit A is one of four new townhomes built by Huber’s Custom Building. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,971 square feet for $929k. At $471 a square foot it is a little more reasonable than the $603 a square foot the Queen Anne one is asking for.
