    Great building (I used to live next door @ 2300 Elliott), the view isn’t going away anytime soon as the buildings to the west are already built. Garage parking underneath building. The only downside in the past was the Viaduct, but that’s going away.

    Easy walk to Pike Place Market and even downtown. Amazing how many people walk to work. Walkway at the bluff to take you across Alaskan Way and elevators are both sides. Anthony’s Pier 66 on the waterfront for dining.
